We have been offering a home and investment loan service for over 11 years now helping our clients reduce their interest rates or realise their dream of buying a home or investment property.
There have been a few changes with fixed rates of late, however the majority of loans being written are still variable rates, with the expectation that the RBA will reduce the official cash rate in late 2024 and or 2025.
Variable rates vary from 5.89% for an Owner Occupier variable rate loan with an offset account to 6.50% for an Investment interest-only loan. Fixed rates range from 5.99% for a 2 year fixed rate and 5.79% for a 3 year fixed rate. There are a few lenders that are still offering cashbacks of up to $3,000 for eligible refinances.
We also are active in the SMSF property investment and the Commercial and Business Finance space wit loans for cars and equipment.
